- You retain ownership of your content and files that you submit to the Services.

7) Service Availability & Changes

13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTWING TECH SOLUTIONS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, creates risk, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

19) Miscellaneous
