Do you provide on-site and remote support?
Yes. We offer local on-site visits in Greater Vancouver and fast remote sessions for software and configuration issues anywhere in Canada.
How do you handle privacy and security?
We follow least-privilege access, encryption, and tested backups. We collect only what is needed to deliver services and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can you speed up an older computer?
Usually yes — RAM and SSD upgrades combined with a clean OS install (or a lightweight Linux distro) can dramatically improve performance on older hardware.
Do you work with Windows, macOS, and Linux?
Yes. We regularly support all three platforms for both home users and businesses.
How does billing work for IT services?
Remote support is billed at $100/hour and on-site at $125/hour. Managed IT starts from $149/month. All pricing is in CAD and taxes apply where required. Custom project quotes are available on request.
What is BrightWing Vault?
Vault is our upcoming private cloud workspace powered by Nextcloud — hosted in Canada. It lets you edit documents, share files, collaborate with your team, and plan projects without big tech data mining.
What is BrightWing Glide?
Glide is our travel itinerary planner — organize trips, split costs, and share plans with your group. Currently under active development.
What is BrightWing Minutes?
Minutes is our AI-powered transcription tool — upload audio or video files and get clean, searchable text back. Great for meetings, interviews, and recordings.
